促进工艺美术繁荣发展福建政协委员建言建产业园育人才******

　　中新网福州1月12日电 (记者闫旭)“福州工艺美术历史悠久，品种繁多，技艺精湛，而目前还没有专业性、规模性的工艺美术产业园。”12日，在正于福州举行的福建省政协十三届一次会议上，福建省政协委员、民进福建省委会常委、福建技术师范学院工艺美术学院院长陈礼忠建议，在省会城市福州建设工艺美术产业园。

　　陈礼忠认为，规划和建设适合时代发展的工艺美术产业园，可以为工艺美术产业的稳定持续发展提供硬件支撑。他建议由政府提供工艺美术产业园用地，尽量靠近中心城区，同步配套政策和资金扶持。

　　“内求创新创作，外求发展拓展。”陈礼忠说，加强艺术家创新创作，形成正规文化艺术商业交易，共同打造工艺美术产业产值；刺激本土工艺美术消费，对外大力推广本土工艺美术产品促进外销；推出招商引资政策，政策扶持具有代表性、行业优秀艺术家，扩大产业园在工艺美术行业的影响力。

　　陈礼忠同样关注工艺美术人才的培养。在他看来，任何产业持续发展，都离不开后备人才的渐进培养；工艺美术产业园不仅需要工艺美术师的人才，也需要行业管理人才、市场商贸人才。

　　因此，他建议，利用工艺美术产业园，与全国高校对口的工艺美术专业、经济管理专业、市场营销专业、展览展会专业、物流专业等合作，建立院校毕业生实习与工作的对接，增加就业机会，利用优秀年轻人才的持续加入，提供行业、产业“创造性转化，创新性发展”的新力量。

　　“当下是工匠技艺传承创新的新时代”，陈礼忠认为，福州若能建设工艺美术产业园，将为福建省工艺美术行业树立标杆作用，为福建省工艺美术繁荣发展作出一定贡献。(完)

　　The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more. Democratic Party members forged a close alliance, refusing to vote for McCarthy, while about 20 Republicans also declined to cast ballots for the GOP leader.
